Shipping policy

Ellis Bros. Pecans, Inc. offers free shipping on orders >75.00 USD for United States Mainland and ships domestically to mainland United States using the following shipping carriers:

USPS, FedEx, UPS and internationally using the following: DHL, UPS, and FedEx

Shipping rates are calculated directly through the shipping carrier via our shopify platform. Rates may vary depending on shipping zone and time of shipment. 

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order prior to shipment and delivery dates are determined by the carrier. Customers will receive an SMS or email with shipment confirmation information and tracking numbers from the carrier.

Once your package has left our facility, we are no longer in control of the package or liable for what occurs in transit. All packages that are lost or damaged will need to have a claim filed with the shipping carrier. 

We do ship to AA, AE, and APO with potential for additional shipping fees. 

Packages sent to the incorrect address will be reshipped at the expense of the customer. Please review your information prior to checkout to verify the correct shipping and billing address.
