Our Pawnee and Sumner Inshell Pecans are a thin shell pecan that contains approximately 58%-60% meat in the shell. Pawnee differs slightly from Sumner in the fact that it often has a variety characteristic of a speckled appearance and a slight buttery flavor. Pawnee tends to be harvested earlier in the Fall while Sumner is a later harvest variety. Both varieties are delicious and great for snacking or baking!
