Pecan Meal is close to a flour like texture with a little more oil and density. This product is a finely ground pecan meal that is an excellent replacement for traditional flour/breading and gluten free baking. This product is bagged in 1lb individual bags with the exception of the bulk case which is not individually bagged per pound.
